No, I will not apologize for missing work due to my sick baby
No, I will not apologize for attending her school Halloween party
No, I will not apologize for leaving early for his baseball game
No, I will not apologize for not putting in those late hours from office but at night from home
No, I will not apologize for shedding tears after drop offs
No, I will not apologize for looking forward to pickups
No, I will not apologize for trying to do it all.
Work outside of home while being a mom
Yes, the choices I make, are my own, I recognize
And no, I am not asking you to sympathize or even empathize
But, no I will not apologize for my motherhood driven absences
For when I am present, I thwart storms and move mountains.

Written on behalf of all my fellow mommas who juggle these two worlds beautifully but still feel guilty and apologetic.
It does express the feelings of the moms…
I see my wife juggling between things to get them right…
Hats off to all the Moms…

Thanks for your generous comment, Ameet!
I am glad you see her achievements in juggling the worlds. I am sure, she will say, itโs not easy but itโs so worth it!! But itโs not just moms, dads do it too and wonderfully ๐๐

Parenting can be so hard when the children are small and you also work. We should never feel the need to apologise. They are our future. They deserve all the love we can give them and more.
Thank you for the follow. Bless you and your family
